2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or through approved third-party booking platforms.
Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to vehicle condition, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Mobile Blu reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or operational limitations.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.
Final pricing may be confirmed on-site after vehicle inspection.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of booking.
4. Cancellations & No-Shows
We request advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide reasonable notice or being unavailable at the scheduled appointment time may result in a cancellation or no-show fee.
Mobile Blu reserves the right to refuse future service in cases of repeated no-shows or cancellations.
5. Service Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
By booking a service, you agree to:
Provide accurate booking and contact information
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service
Inform us of any pre-existing damage or concerns
Mobile Blu is not responsible for items left inside the vehicle during service.
6. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for the highest quality results:
Complete removal of all stains, odors, scratches, or defects is not guaranteed
Results vary depending on vehicle condition, materials, and prior maintenance
Ceramic coatings, waxes, and sealants do not make vehicles damage-proof
Our “Clean Car or You Don’t Pay” guarantee applies as communicated at the time of service and does not cover pre-existing damage or unrealistic expectations.
7. Warranties & Guarantees
Any warranties offered are limited to the scope and duration specified at the time of service.
Ceramic coating warranties apply only under normal use and proper maintenance.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, environmental exposure, or third-party services.
8. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:
Mobile Blu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided
We are not responsible for mechanical, electrical, or pre-existing issues unrelated to detailing services
9. Weather & Environmental Factors
As a mobile service provider, we operate outdoors. Weather conditions may:
Delay, reschedule, or modify services
Affect drying times and final results
Safety and quality standards determine whether services proceed under certain conditions.
